I had a great stay at the hotel with excellent cleanliness and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and there was ample parking available. Additionally, the hotel location was perfect and made it easy to access transportation to explore the city. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and made the stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the laundry facilities and ironing facilities available, which allowed me to have freshly pressed clothes throughout my stay. We stayed in a hotel which looked okay from outside and had a few good restaurants close by. the room seemed decently tidy, but the carpet needed some cleaning. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained with some basic toiletries provided. the AC and TV remote controls were working but we had difficulty finding our room as nobody gave an introduction or directions. They offer free internet, but we were not informed how to access it.
There was a major issue with the hotel reservation.

The room was well cleaned and maintained. It was obvious that housekeeping staff takes good care of the rooms. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was easily accessible from the main road. the hotel provided a remote control for the air conditioning and TV.
There was a miscommunication regarding breakfast which was stated to be included in the reservation but was not offered to us during our stay. The front desk also did not provide clear instructions on how to reach our room or how to access the internet.

The room was clean and comfortable with friendly staff, good location, and nice amenities.
No carpet needs a wash.
